Modules for Online Applications (MOA)

Modules for Online Applications (MOAs) are software components providing interfaces to e-government functions in compliance with international standards. Because they are open-source software, these modules can be used without paying a licence fee. Mostly, they are developed, upgraded and maintained at the E-Government Innovation Centre (EGIZ). However, the source code for the modules can be viewed by anyone at any time and can also be further developed by third parties. For the providers of new applications, these software modules offer an efficient and secure basis for their development work. MOAs also need to be non-platform-dependent and reusable.
