Our Vision
- Austria positions itself as an international pioneer for innovative and fair AI by enabling women to actively shape AI and thereby make a decisive contribution to innovation. The targeted activation of female talent strengthens the pool of AI professionals and is a key factor in Austria’s competitiveness.
- AI skills are a natural part of girls’ and women’s education pathways and career profiles. Women actively seize opportunities in the application, research and development of AI, are clearly visible, and are represented in decision-making and leadership positions with a share of 52% — reflecting their share of society.
- By systematically fostering interest, self-efficacy and co-creation, structural barriers are overcome. Existing AI biases and gender-specific inequalities are reduced. It is ensured that AI systems reflect the diversity of our society and exclude no one.
